Fall 2025 Auditions

CSUN Dance Team auditions will be held September 8th and 9th from 7:00pm-9:30pm

OPEN TO CURRENTLY ENROLLED CSUN STUDENTS ONLY

Location:

📍Day 1: Premier American Credit Union Arena

📍Day 2: Matarena in the SRC

What You Need For Auditions:

• Printed and filled out application with attached headshot

• Completed all Risk-X online forms

• Government ID

• $35 fee (CASH ONLY)

• Jazz shoes/half soles and tennis shoes

• Poms (We can provide a pair if you don't have one)

• Lots of water!

What To Wear:

• All black, form-fitting clothing

• Hair down and styled

• Game day makeup (Lashes and lipstick!)

Due to limited spots on the team, recruitment will be highly selective.

Technique requirements include but are not limited to:

- Right & Left grand jete/split leap

- Right calypso

- Right & Left kicks above 90 degrees

- Triple pirouette

- Toe touch

- Headspring & Kip up

- 4 second turns into a triple
